Important Scheduling Notice:

When booking your appointment, please select “Reserve Without Pay” to avoid being charged. If you choose “Pay and Submit,” your card will be charged a full session fee of $215, which will not be refunded (your scheduled session will be paid for).

Adding a credit card on file is required to hold your appointment and will only be used in the event of:

• Late cancellations < 48 hours’ notice = $107

• No-call/No-show = full session fee of $215
